A Photograph of a Moving Target

Most AI-visibility dashboards are scraped snapshots — stale the moment they are stored. Why live, multi-run probing beats a photograph of a moving target.

Your AI-visibility dashboard says you're doing fine. You appear. You're cited. The number is green. But ask it one question: when was that answer actually generated?

Because most AI-visibility tools work by scraping. They capture the AI's answers on a schedule, store them, and show you the stored version. What you're looking at isn't live. It's a snapshot, and it can be days, or weeks, old.

And in that time, everything moved. The model updated. The web changed. Your competitor published. The answer on your dashboard may not be the answer the AI gives today.

There's a deeper problem. The AI's answer changes every single time you ask. So a scraped number isn't just old, it's one draw from a lottery, frozen on a screen. Run it again tomorrow, and it's different. Which makes those confident dashboard statistics, at best, directional. And at worst, already wrong.

So we don't scrape a snapshot. We probe, live, in real time. And we don't ask once. We run it many times, so you see the whole distribution, not a single lucky, or unlucky, draw.

And real buyers don't ask one way, so we probe every way they do. Open, generic questions. Questions anchored to your brand. Agentic shopping bots, buying the way an agent actually buys. And full conversations, four turns, eight, twelve, because the decision is never made at turn one.

And we do it over time, because the answer drifts. A single number is a photograph. The truth is a moving picture.

A scraped dashboard tells you where you appeared once, a while ago. A live probe tells you where you stand right now, in the conversations that actually decide. Measure live. Or measure a fossil.
