AIVO, Inc. ("AIVO", "we", "our", or "us") is the operator of AIVO Meridian, an AI decision measurement platform that helps brands and agencies understand how AI language models reason about their brands at the purchase decision stage.
AIVO, Inc. is the data controller for personal data collected through aivomeridian.com. Our primary point of contact for privacy matters is Tim de Rosen, CEO and Co-Founder.
AIVO Meridian is a B2B platform. Our users are brand and agency professionals. We do not knowingly collect or process data relating to consumers or members of the general public in the course of delivering our core service.
Data We Collect
Account and Registration Data
When you create an account on AIVO Meridian, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and job title. This data is necessary to provide you with access to the platform.
Platform Usage Data
We collect data about how you use AIVO Meridian, including audit configurations, brand names submitted for analysis, probe results, dashboard interactions, and feature usage. This data is used to deliver the service and to improve the platform.
Communications Data
If you contact us by email or through the platform, we retain records of that correspondence.
Technical Data

What We Do Not Collect
AIVO Meridian does not collect, process, or store personal data relating to consumers, end-users, or any individuals other than the platform users themselves. The brand names and category data submitted for audit are commercially available information, not personal data.

Legal Basis for Processing
For users located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions where a legal basis for processing is required, AIVO processes personal data on the following bases:

Data Retention

Platform usage data and audit results are retained for the duration of the client engagement and deleted within 30 days of engagement completion unless a longer retention period is agreed in writing.
Some data may be retained for longer periods where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution or legal compliance.

International Data Transfers
AIVO, Inc. is incorporated in the United States. All production data, including database storage, resides in US datacenter locations. If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the adequacy mechanisms available under applicable data protection law to legitimise such transfers.
Children
AIVO Meridian is a B2B platform intended for use by business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of AIVO Meridian after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
